Michael Feld
Chief Executive Officer and Founder
Mic has spent 50 years in brand advertising and direct marketing, starting at Ogilvy and J Walter Thompson in New York, then Foote, Cone & Belding in San Francisco, where he was the GM of FCB Direct West. He spent four years on the client side at a major national lender.
In 2001, Mic founded Feld Advertising and its in-house production company Graphite Films.
Mic graduated from Wharton, where he was captain of Penn Crew. He was a three-time member of the US Rowing Team, winning a Gold Medal at the World Championships in Lucerne, Switzerland in 1974.
Outside of work, he’s a private pilot and an avid sailor.
Skylar Fogal
Account Director
Skylar Fogel is a senior integrated marketing and account leadership professional with 16+ years of experience spanning integrated campaign strategy, digital video production, healthcare and digital health marketing, and tech-driven brand storytelling.
Skylar brings deep expertise across video/TV production, digital engagement, analytics and performance reporting, media relations, influencer activation, social media strategy, competitive research, and web strategy and development. She is known for leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, managing high-performing teams, and delivering results through thoughtful strategy and strong execution.
Matthew McCormick
VP Account Management
Matthew is an integrated marketing leader with 15+ years of industry experience and an international master’s degree in marketing. Before joining Feld, Matthew spent nine years in New York City working at ad agencies like McCann, FCB, Merkle, and iCrossing as an account manager.
He has experience strategizing, implementing, and optimizing integrated campaigns to grow B2B and B2C brands including Abbott Labs, DirecTV, TD Ameritrade, MetLife, USPS, and Ricoh-USA.
Cathy Campbell
Creative Director
Cathy is a Creative Director with decades of experience leading global brand campaigns.
She has created campaigns for iconic multinational brands (Salesforce, Levi’s, Sony, Jansport, Macy’s, Charles Schwab, Microsoft, HP), and for local schools, nonprofits, retailers and community groups, lending her creative compass to chart the course for their continued growth and impact.
